Reiki is a safe, nurturing modality used to
support the healing and growth process. The word “Reiki” is made up of
the Japanese words “rei” and “ki”. “Rei” refers to the idea of spirit or
divinity, and “ki” references the life force in all living things. Thus,
Reiki is a relaxation and healing technique which utilizes universal
life force energy to aid in balancing and harmonizing the physical,
mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of a being.

The Usui Reiki healing system is typically
divided into 3 or 4 levels here in the West. This first level of Reiki
aligns the physical body to act as a conduit for the Reiki
energy.......Did you catch that? Yep! A Reiki practitioner serves as a
conduit, a channel, rather than using one's own energy. This is a simple
system which does not require years of development to be able to access
the energy. Using Reiki feels energizing and rejuvenating! You will
have easy access Reiki for the rest of your life after your first level
attunement.
