Reiki II
The Usui
System of Natural Healing
The second level of Reiki deepens our connection to Spirit,
our intuition, and our relationship with the Reiki energy. The
first level attunement shifted our physical being to align with the
energy and to allow our bodies to be a conduit for the energy. The
Reiki II attunement raises our vibration to allow for mental and
emotional shifts.
Reiki is a safe, nurturing modality used to support the healing
process. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” and “ki”.
“Rei” refers to the idea of spirit or divinity, and “ki” references the
life force in all living things. Thus, Reiki is a relaxation technique
which utilizes universal life force energy to aid in balancing and
harmonizing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of a
person. The Reiki healing system is typically divided into 3 or 4
levels here in the West.

second level of Reiki enhances our ability to facilitate healing and
change for ourselves and others.
