This was a wonderful class which allowed us to learn the history and
procedure of Reiki, receive the Reiki I attunement, and practice
using Reiki on our food, on each other, and in the garden with
plants!
Saida shared with us her beautiful,
story-telling self as she described many of her life experiences
both in her native country and in the United States. She also
shared with us her beautiful Reiki experiences.
Being a six-sensory person since my childhood, I
experienced the "extraordinary knowing" and was
lucky to receive insightful messages from the
Universal Source that have helped and led me
throughout my life. Accordingly,
I found my Reiki teacher, Tracy, by following my
heart. I always believed that a
Reiki teacher would be someone who is well prepared
to teach-both intellectually (informative and
dynamic with no meaningless fluff) and spiritually
as someone: who is not full of self-importance or
arrogance; who allows free communication to flow
between her and her students; and who has a clearly
visible relationship with her inner spirit which
should manifest itself in her life and work. Tracy
brought these and other great qualities into our
Reiki class experience....Read

Anna's
light shone in the form of playfulness and curiosity. Her
analytical mind considered all angles and offered healthy
skepticism. With each experience, she came to trust Reiki's
presence and undeniable effects.
You
know, I have been pondering the source of Reiki.
What is it? I can FEEL it's presence. I can FEEL
when it is flowing. I am experiencing Reiki's power
to ignite physical, mental, emotional, spiritual
growth and wellness but I can't know how, when or
what to expect. It is sort of like prayer only it is
combined WITH ACTION. Instead of praying and just
waiting for God to "fix it", I can pray and ask for
the use of Reiki (divinely guided life force energy)
and then stretch forth my hands and become a
participant in the request. I feel like it is the
difference between asking someone to change my flat
tire and asking to borrow the tools so that I can
change it myself. It is the tools that make the
difference, not who is using them....Read
